Previously, I have found Sixt to be excellent and recommended them to many and have been a loyal customer.

We prrepaid for cars to be collected in Estonia. We were denied the cars and refund. All documentation that was requested by email was ready but no cars and no refunds. Efforts to resolve the issue with Sixt have resulted in a 50% refund. No desire with Sixt headquarters to resolve the issue. The attitude is the customer is always wrong.

There are real dangers in booking a car here through Sixt. You like us and our friends could end up with no cars and no refund and the Sixt organisation does not care.

It is interesting to see the very negative reviews on line.Obviously, customer service does not exist any more.

The issue has not been resolved and there is no desire by Sixt Head Office or Sixt In Estonia to resolve the issue.Be very careful using Sixt as a hire car company as there is no wish to support the customer find a solution.
