I order a car online Vevo your website for a local rental upon going to the airport to pick up the rental I was informed that you only rent to people flying in and flying out I did canceled my reservation but I was still charged $300 for my reservation for services that was not rendered this is Shady and unfair business practices

Do not rent from this company! Unless you use their coverage, a flat tire cost almost $400 dollars after they rack up charges. I returned the vehicle with the spare on it and 7 months later get a bill for repairs. Bad customer service. Was hung up on 3times while trying to resolve this issue. Stay away. You have been warned.

Actually, a Dodge caravan is a mini van. If a mini van is larger than you can handle I'd suggest that you seriously considering giving up driving all together.
