I rented a vehicle from the Denver location. When I returned the vehicle the attendant said there was a chip in the windshield.

It was 1-2 millimeters and didnโ€™t crack or split. You could not repair it because it was so small. I watch him take photos from the passenger side. He says not to worry just noting the condition of the vehicle.

A month later I get a letter claiming I chipped their windshield. I call and am on hold 37 minutes before talking with Betsy. She emails me photos and holy *** the chip is huge! It would require repair right away but the windshield wasnโ€™t repaired until 10 days after I returned it!

Plus the photo is taken from the driver side. It isnโ€™t the same chip at all! You can see in the photo the small nick just to the left that was mine supposedly. Circled in blue.

So now I have to fight the chip repair bill, an admin fee and loss of use!

On something I didnโ€™t do! Awful company!
