I was charges $250 to clean pet hair on the passing floor mat (front and back). The "cleaning I am sure was no more than a vacuum. The agents at the West Palm Beach airport are extremely surly and you never get the car you book. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY

BE WARE, BE READY TO BE SWITCHED TO A CAR OTHER THAN WHAT YOU BOOK AND BE WARE OF THE EXCESSIVE SCHARGES THAT FOLLOW

I booked on line and saw there was a discount for seniors,and or state employees both of which apply to me. The clerk at the location where we rented would not apply it because she said we had to do it on line. I wasnt able to apply it when I booked it and thought she would. But she wouldnt. We are a past customer of sixt but based on this attitude not sure I will return or recommend.

Wanted to charge me for upgrade to different vehicle 200 euros extra . insurances 960 euros. Upon return they found a scratch under the front bumper. The same side bumper that was damaged on the previous report.. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

Had a blow out, only had damage to tyre and small scratch on upper bumper about 2-3 inch long. Been quoted £1000 to pay for damage to lower bumper, upper bumper front wing and new headlamp assembly. Pictures of accident quite clear, they realise they made a mistake. Was going to have another engineer report. Nothing! Got another bill for £1000. Spent 25 minutes ringing but no answer. The company is a complete nightmare to contact

Sixt - Worst Customer Service Ever!

Las Vegas location-Got car after an hour wait. Nobody would help me by showing me how to even start car. I had a 5 day rental & they said if I brought it back early I would get a credit. I brought it back 2 days early. They gave me a credit of $7.54!

£415 fir weeks car hire .. Oh its best to get full to empty cos there are no garages here .one 1 mile away then charged for someone to fill it when brought back.. Pay in £ then get charged 4% for privilege.. Wouldnt except doyou spain insurance.. Pay over odds for paying for full tank to empty .. 413 for a week ..would you like free upgrade yes then get charged for insurance Breakdown cover also ..omg pants down and drilled

Got two cars in Denver, was charged an upgrade fee even though they were the only cars left! And I don’t believe that one bit. I received four bills via email? And waited 20 min two times to complain but no one picked up the phone. I will NEVER use this company again and not one of our friends will if I have anything to do with it! Karen Kelly

When I rented car in Ljubljana Slovenia. They didn't give me the car that they promised me at the check in counter desk. After all the paper work they sent me to parking lot to pick up the car. I got there and all they have is small container like trailer, no big deal....
