Sixt - Damage after return

Sixt - Damage after return
This is what I wrote to Sixt after receiving a bill for damage they said I did. I received the notice of damage 3 days after I returned the car. The scratch will cost $1100 US or 970 EU. "Thank you so much for your inflated bill for the minor scratch on the bumper, which you can still not prove I caused. I am wondering, since there was prior damage on the vehicle bumper, per our paperwork, why the was bumper still damaged? Did the prior damage not get paid, and or fixed? Obviously the bumper was not repaired, so I can only assume that in addition to the “new” scratch, we are paying for the entire bumper is to be refinished. In other words, the “bid” for work would include fixing all damage not just the

Sixt - Rude and angry customer service

We flew 18 hours from Seattle- the plan was late . After arriving at Malta airport had to spend another 30 min in line for car. Finnaly, we were announced that we are later for business hours ( that was 17:30 ) and had to pay additional 17 euros. I try to argue that there was a sign of business hours (till 20:00). The representative was very rude and disrespectful. I spent an hour try to get the car . They did not have automatic ( as I requested) and rent price was higher and that was endless amount of additional fees and fines. During our stay we used the car twice. We wasted a lots of money and stepped into the very bad company recket and attitude. Most unpleasant experience I ever had renting the car. Never again through this “company” Shocked
