Sixt - Worst service ever

We had a confirmed reservation for a ford 4Runner or like vehicle. When we got there they did not have the car and offers us an upgrade. Assuming we would be a free upgrade since the didn’t have the car we were promised.. they charged us 200 more dollars for their mistake and refused to credit us. Left by Susan 317-507-8783
