I rented a luxury SUV for 4 days. I cancelled my reservation 3 weeks ahead. Sixt charged me 3 days as penalty. And most probably they will rent a car dor someone else. This is day light robbery! Don't rent from sixt.

We contacted the Venice Branch and they were extremely nice and helpful. They even set us up so we could drop off at LAX. Tessa and her team were amazing. No delays, no hassles and great answers to all of our questions. The Car was new, spacious and fuel efficient. It was spotless and had all the best options. We are now Sixt customers for life.
