Terrible!!! Stay away!!! We rented a car in June for our trip to Germany, not only did they not hold our reservation but they were extreemly rude!! The woman behind the counter basicly laughed at us. Then on top of the negative experience they are STILL CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD!!!! How on earth does this company get away with this?!? Run as far away from this company as posaible!!

I rented a car on 7/30 till 8/1 with Orbitz because no one else was available. My chrgs were supposed to be about 165 it ended up being 225 because ridiculous fees. That I was told that just comes with the rental. An extra 40 dollars for a 3day rental. Never again
