Made a reservation then when we got to airport discovered they lied about being on-site at airport. Tried to cancel but they said you have to do it on internet but internet site asked for information no one has with them and they will not talk on phone.

They lied to make you think they are on site at airport and once you sign up you are screwed and their customer service is "give a ***" attitude.

They also are known to come after you days later for supposed damages to your rental, so document everything. Their whole business is well designed *** and they are not to be believed or trusted.

This reviewer shared experience and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Sixt. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
