I rented a car from Sixt. First off they promised me an E Class Mercedes and when I arrived they of course said that car was not available.

They offered me a C class and after much back and forth I agreed. The rep then looked over at the 3 guys sitting in a corner on their phones and asked them to quickly prep the car. Obviously the car had not been "inspected" or washed since it was returned. They were gone for maybe 10 minutes and I was led to a dark parking garage.

I had a receipt that showed at least 10 things wrong with the car already. I cause no damage to this car whatsoever! Fast forward to this week and I received an email notification that I was being accused of damaging their car.

I responded with a statement but Sixt is maintaining that I am responsible. I see they have an F rating with the BBB and I see a group of attorneys is putting together a class action lawsuit against them for these very reasons.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
