Sixt - Awful

I went into the sixt rental office on Saturday Oct. 7 at around 3:45. There was a young blonde girl working whom was extremely rude to me. I'm a sixt club member and rent cars quite often. The girl first off said that she was getting off in 4 minutes and seemed quite in a hurry. I asked about renting a car and she told me that there weren't any cars to rent. I asked snout other locations and she said they have no cars anywhere. WTF!!!! I left very dissatisfied and annoyed. I thought sixt rented cars. She also told me that if I wanted a car for 1 day, it could cost $2,000 a day. Again, WTF!!!

We've used sixt in the past, usually there have been lateness issues with their shuttle service, but overall they were ok. Today we waited at the Los Angeles airport for over 45 minutes waiting for a shuttle. Then after we arrived at their location we waited in line for another 20 to get our car. However, the cars were overbooked so what we requested and was confirmed was not available. So, they tell us they are upgrading to a station wagon, we go to the car and it's alomost a mini van. We go back and ask for a smaller car, but all they have is another smaller station wagon. We will not be using this company again, service was horrendous, a few of the staff were nice, but the manager totally did not have a clue what to do. You were a good company, but you got very greedy and sloppy, at least at LAX

SIXT to death of their utter dishonesty

Their agents are paid commission to welch on the deal you made at the the time of booking and gouge you for more and more cash. They remove the factory SAT NAV from vehicles so that they can charge you extra on a daily basis. I have booked several cars this year through SIXT at London Heathrow. Each and every time it took ages to collect the car and I was surcharged with insurance, additional driver etc. charges which bumped my pre-paid internet price by 20-30% each time. Their *** location miles away from the airport (Hatton Cross) is a pain in the ***!

Do not rent from this company! Unless you use their coverage, a flat tire cost almost $400 dollars after they rack up charges. I returned the vehicle with the spare on it and 7 months later get a bill for repairs. Bad customer service. Was hung up on 3times while trying to resolve this issue. Stay away. You have been warned.

Rip off rip off rip off I got double charged a few months ago , didnt even realize it and call and could not talk to a supervisor even. These people are never going to get 1 more dime from me or anyone I know . I tryed and they just treat me like a robot treats a human; cold and emotionless.
